Silva Harapetian is an award-winning journalist, Amazon Best Selling author, speaker, trailblazer, and inspirational speaker who has been impacting audiences across the glob. Born in Iran, Silva lived through the Iranian revolution and the devastating effects of a decade-long war. She and her family escaped arriving in Los Angeles when she was 16. She shares her journey of overcoming years of rejection, limited opportunities, discrimination, and heart-breaking setbacks on her path to stardom.
Despite the challenges, Silva built a remarkable journalism career that spans over two decades working at various media outlets, including CBS, NBC, ABC, and FOX affiliates becoming the first Iranian Armenian-American television journalist in the nation. She covered global news events and had a front-row seat to many of the historic events of our generation. Her presentation leaves audiences breathless and inspired to take action to be a voice for those who are ignored, suppressed, and silenced.
